Hello and welcome to the Martial Posture Bryn Mawr website.  We’ve been teaching Kenpo Karate and Tai Chi Chuan in the Philadelphia area since 1980.  With the help of our professional staff, students at our studio have received numerous benefits such as physical fitness, self-defense, stress reduction, patience and self-control.  We have programs for adults and children (ages 4 and up) and are located conveniently on the corner of 21st and Chestnut Streets in downtown Philadelphia.
