Kenpo & Kick Boxing Basic Training

Program
Length: 12 months
Our Basic
Training program, comparable to 'freshman year', is designed to help students
understand the underling foundation of Kenpo, Kickboxing, and grappling. Our
professional staff will work with students to develop self-defense and fighting
skills, get them into great shape, and will give them a good overall education
in martial arts and fitness. You will learn drills and exercises that will
condition your mind and body for higher levels of
training in the future. Our goal at this level is to help each student realize
that the road to black belt may be challenging, but if we stay focused on our
goals and contain the good qualities of the martial artist within us, we can
accomplish anything we put our mind to. After about 12 months of training you
may qualify for our Black Belt Training program. The Black Belt Training Program
is the heart of our Adult program and is designed for individuals serious about
the pursuit of a Kenpo black belt. If you don’t qualify we will recommend other
schools or activities that may better fit your needs.
